About Fisher

Built and Established:

JB Fisher Elementary School opened in 1968.  JB Fisher was named after John Bowler, MD.  Dr. John Bowler was known around our school neighborhood for making house calls by horse and carriage to provide medical services.  He truly cared about the community.
